286. Goals for 2025 + 12 Things I Plan to Learn
Powered by RedCircle
As we reach the very end of 2024, join Jesse and I for this final episode of 2024 and look ahead to our 2025 goals! The beginning of 2025 feels like a great time to reset, refocus, and embrace a new approach to personal growth, and I share why I’m shifting from yearly goals to monthly ones, how this change brings about flexibility and prevents burnout, and the five key areas I plan to prioritize (all of which happen to be words that start with M!).
Join Jesse and I as we also reflect on the ups and downs of this past year. For me, for example, this year was filled with unexpected challenges (some in fact being personal to share), but I have come out the other side feeling spiritually, emotionally, and physically healthier than ever, and I am so excited to take what I have learned into 2025!
This reflective and projective episode offers helpful insights such as my various January goals like unplugging for 100 hours and reading six books, and I even reveal my ambitious plan to master one homemade item each month – from mozzarella cheese to nontoxic candles – and reveal how I am balancing creativity, health, and family life.
If you are looking for practical tips to set achievable goals for the new year, encouragement to prioritize your health and passions, or maybe even just some general inspiration to make 2025 your best year yet, then this episode is for you, so join us as we reflect and prepare for the next chapter!
