From attending the CrossFit Games to exploring NYC, we have certainly had our fair share of logistical challenges and unforgettable moments, and we start by discussing the CrossFit Games, where our daughter’s boyfriend RJ competed. It was a thrilling experience, and you will hear all about the highs and lows of cheering him on through a grueling series of events!
I also recount the heartwarming and sometimes nerve-wracking moments of traveling with our kids, including their interactions with family and the surprising ease with which our youngest adapted to being away from home! After our CrossFit adventure, I also had the chance to jet off to New York City for a brief but magical trip. From Central Park’s beauty to the glamor of Fifth Avenue, I take you through the highlights of my NYC excursion and how it felt to step into a world so different from our usual routine!
You will also definitely want to stay tuned until the very end of the episode for a sneak peek at our next episode in which we will be diving into the results of our recent InsideTracker blood test and explore some new breakfast ideas that we have been loving!
