276. Our honest experience with Inside Tracker Blood Tests and what we’ve learned and changed from it

Powered by RedCircle

As we teased last week, Jesse and I discuss our latest experience with InsideTracker! I mentioned this on Instagram a few weeks ago when I got my bloodwork done and many people had questions on how it works and what we’ve learned from it.

In this podcast, we talk about why we did the blood tests twice, what we’ve learned from it each time, and how we’ve changed our lives and habits as a result of each blood test. We discuss the surprising insights and actionable advice we received, from dietary adjustments to lifestyle changes, and how these recommendations have shaped our daily routines!

This is a really fun episode where Jesse and I share lots of personal stories and insights, give each other a hard time for our quirks, and share about some fascinating books that we have been reading including Through the Eyes of a Lion by Levi Lusko and The Warrior Poet Way by John Lovell.
